[15:15] When Inspector Green and Mulder visit Ms. Gotschek, the victim of the fire in the bar, she hears the British accent, although she finds no resemblance to the accent of the attacker and she only recalls it after a while.

[38:35] In the shot where Mulder is jumping as to avoid being burnt by fire set by Cecil the caretaker, it's easy to see that it's a stuntman instead of Mulder.
